This Area is used for the recording of any of the following actions against the selected Staff Members Record:

  • Disciplinary
  • Conviction
  • Grievance
  • Investigation
  • Attendance Review
  • Informal Meeting

These are added individually by using one of the correlating buttons that appear at the top of the tab, shown below.

Adding an Action

Though the names of each action are different, the method of adding them is still the same so the below process is applicable for each different one.

After pressing the Add button for the Action you would like to record, fill in the details in the pop up box that appears. After filling in the details and clicking the Add New button this action will be recorded on the current Staff Members Record and can be viewed in the tables on this tab. In the aforementioned tables, individual actions can be edited and deleted by accessing the options menu on each action. To find the options menu simply click the pen icon.

Every pop up box has 2 dropdown boxes in. These dropdown boxes are populated by predetermined options drawn from Standard Values. To add values to these dropdowns simply search the options in Standard Values (Administration -> Standard Values) and add to them. The below table will depict what Standard Values each dropdown uses.
