Personal Items Tab

Under the Learner's Personal Items tab you can record any personal item the Learner may have with them while attending the organisation. For example you may want to record their mobility equipment, an AAC device or perhaps their bags.

Setting Personal Item Types

Various possible items are configured in Administration -> Standard Values. Under Learner Values choose Personal Item Types. Here you can setup as many types as required i.e. Tablet, AAC, Bag etc.

Recording Personal Items for a Learner

To add a personal item for the Learner under their Personal Items tab click Add Personal Item. A modal will open asking for the following information:

Field	Description
Item Type	Choose an item from the dropdown list.
Item Details	Any full or further details about the item, for example colour, make, serial no etc. Anything that helps identify it.
Item Weight	You may want to add a weight for the item, for example a wheelchair for when it it transported.
Session Print	If ticked, on some Session printouts this item (including picture if attached) will also display.
Images	You can add some images of the item to confirm its identity.

From the list of items you can edit the item by clicking the notepad icon, or delete the item from the list with the bin icon.
