New Additions

A new filter has been added to 'Outstanding Application Actions Widget'. You can now either 'Show All' Or 'Show For Me'
- Also added the ability to click records in the widget to be taken directly to that specific application.

Added the ability to sort Applications by Date of Enquiry, the Sort icon appears next to the Date of Enquiry table heading within the Students Application screen.

Increased the maximum height of the Modals in various places to make it easier to view large lists. Some areas affected;
- Block Reporting:
  - - When adding fields.
  - - When on the Share reports modal.
  - - On the Dataset list.
- Archive:
  - - When selecting students from the list to be archived.
- Qualifications:
  - - When enrolling students.
- Staff Absence Manager
  - - When selecting Staff Members.
- Funding:
  - - When Adding an entry, Student list.

Added a 'Specific Location' field to the Print All Rotas Excel report.

Added a function to Delete all Staff Messages at once instead of 15 at a time, found to the right of the existing tools in the Staff Messaging area (Red button).

In the Student Common Reports area, we have added a link to the Summary Register reporting area, this is found near the bottom of the list.

Added a Select all / De-Select all button into the Module Manager, this allows all permissions to be checked or unchecked with one button.
New End of Term Report added to the Student Record under 'Report'. This report has been reformatted to show Goals/Target/Objectives in a concise way.
Staff Job titles now automatically update Current Post field.

Included the name of the person who created an application action in the table as the 'Added By' column.

Added the ability to set multiple staff members when creating a students application action instead of just adding one at a time.

The date of a file being saved into a students application is now recorded in the table. This is an addition going forward so won't affect old records, but will show for new ones.

Created an Added By column in the Applications Document section that will show who added the document. This is an addition going forward so won't affect old records, but will show for new ones.

Added a Department filter to application screen.

Added the Student name to the Event Log Actions list for easier identification of which event is attributed to which student.
Added a new Driving Licence Expiry date field into the Confidential 2 Tab of a Staff Record.
- We have also added this field into the Staff block for reporting purposes.

In the My Links Widget, for both incomplete att. / incomplete staff att. the Update Statuses bulk button found when clicking into a session has been made more visible and there is now validation when clicking save to make sure the user is aware that some statuses have not been set in the list
Timetabled times is now an optional field to be displayed in the 'Detailed Attendance by student report'.

'Any' filter option added to the Year filter on the Student Application Screen.

Therapy Log SOAP Report added to the Student Therapy Log Page.

Therapy Log Summary Report added to the Student Therapy Log Page.

Added 'Last Logged On' as a filter option within the Staff Block in Block Reporting.

Applied System labels to Targets and Objectives on End of Term Report Modal and Progress Dashboard.

Hotfixes

Added a Null check to prevent an issue where loading a temporarily saved event would fail in rare cases.

Fixed an issue with the evidence browser regarding Tags filter causing an error in rare cases.

Issue with Event Log Category Set up, If the field was set up as a Number, on second edit the 'Required?' checkbox did not show, this is now working as expected.

Fixed Block Report error when exporting SEN Provision Type.

A message should now be displayed instead of a generic error if trying to save with no Line Manager or Employee selected

Resolved an issue where "KPI - To be completed by manager" section would not correctly load saved data. .

Resolved an issue where Holiday Requests could be submitted without a selected Shift Pattern when Use Shift Patterns was set to Yes. This resulted in Holidays not being submitted correctly. A warning message will now be displayed for the user to select a Shift Pattern to prevent this.

Updated 'Custom Fields' SV label to 'Custom Student / Contact Fields' for user clarity.

Increased the timeout and added a loading modal to the Audit Log loading process.

Added Mouse Pointers to images in the timetables for Staff and Students to further signify a clickable image.

Added a loading modal into the Application screen so signify data being loaded and stop errors occurring from controls being used before the initial load has happened.

Prevented an error caused by entering the letter 'e' on the Duration (Mins) column on Event Logs.

24 Hour Clock setting has been removed from Standard Values Site Settings to avoid confusion as it is an unnecessary legacy function.

'Show Overseer' Label on Staff Timetable Options has been changed to 'Show Sessions when Overseer' for clarity.

QOL/Bugfix for the Copy Dropdown function on Event Log, Category Setup. Copying a dropdown should now retain the information input.

Altered 'Duration' label to 'Duration (Mins)' for clarity and consistency with the Event Log -> Add Event screen.

Fixed issue where the module list was using the wrong permission check for Baseline Manager.

Staff Record -> Training tab for Qualifications will now show the Awarding body on Table. Removed awarding body from redundant tables (training, conference) .

Fixed a typo on a confirmation message on the Targets screen.

Resolved issue where report would error when ran.

Fixed issue where data could go out of bounds when viewing the data table on charts.

Fixed an issue where Review Meeting template report was outputting the Category incorrectly.

Student Destinations excel report now exports date fields in date format rather than string.

Renamed the 'Student - Event Log Tab' permission to 'Event Log - Event Log Tab' and updated description to 'Provides access to the Event Log tab on both Student and Staff records' for clarity and accuracy.

Staff Possible End Employment Notification now includes the end date if set.

The Session Attendance report has been optimised to reduce the work load and computational power of SQL Db.

Changed Application excel export date fields to output in date format instead of string.
