New Additions/Alterations


Account Policy 'Hide SSO for iOS users'

  • Added a new policy that when enabled, hides the SSO button for iOS users. This means users will need to login via the standard method and is aimed at facilities using shared iPads which ensures staff members log in to the correct accounts. If you are interested in this policy please contact the Databridge support team.


Student Qualifications Block

  • In the block reporting area for both Template and normal Block reporting, a Student Qualifications block has been created with 65 relevant qualifications fields included.


Added new Help resources to the ILR and School Census

  • In the ILR Manager screens, a Help button has been added detailing further guidance for how to and where to fill in mandatory ILR fields within Databridge, we have also added a link to the ILR resource area on Freshdesk.
  • On the School Census Settings screen, a Help button has been added which provides a link to our useful error code details document. This will give users clear information on exact error code details.


Staff Absence Manager

  • Changed the L.M. (Line Manager) dropdown list to alphabetical order similar to other staff lists. 


Timetable Policy

  • Show symbols in location based timetable view within the Timetable policies area. When enabled, this will change the format of the 'Mon-Fri' fields within the timetables located in a Students record (and following shortly after this update, Learner Portal) to be Symbols for the 'Location based' Timetable format, much like the 'Symbol based' format.

Hotfixes


Reporting

  • Student List of Contacts report
    • Excel print will now output Important Information.
    • PDF print email addresses will now wrap instead of going out of bounds.
  • Governance Report Builder - Added an option to use the exact selected date range for the charts.
    • This ensures the charts in the report use the selected date range, rather than always starting at the beginning of the month.
  • Evidence Browser - Added a null check to prevent an error. 
  • On the Staff Rota Manager, Print Selected Rota will show and colour code staff holidays for consistency with the on-screen rota view. 
  • Line Manager Breakdown report - Improved breakdown of line managers based on Line Manager and Line Manager (2).
    • Added zoom functionality to the chart for better visibility, scroll up to zoom in, down to zoom out using the mouse scroll wheel.


Staff

  • Staff KPI - Delete button now correctly appears when the user has the KPI Edit permission. 


Risk Assessment Quick

  • Resolved an issue where the Last Updated field was displaying the Date Created date. The Date Created date has now been added alongside the corrected Last Updated date for better clarity.


Care Plan Detailed

  • Fixed an issue where using Bulk Update Review Dates would error when ran. 


Permissions

  • Updated the 'Staff - Print Rota' permission description for clarity. 
  • Event Log Reporting - Only the creator of a dataset or text report, or users with the 'Event Log - Full Access' permission, are now able to delete them.
