New Additions/Alterations

ILR

• ILR year 2026/2027 and changes based on the ILR specification are now available.
• Due to recent FIS changes, non-mandatory empty values are now excluded from the XML when generating an ILR file.

Screen Audit area

• Added an Excel export to the Screen Audit page.

Multi-Factor Authentication

• New: Users can now verify their identity using a code sent by email. Email verification codes expire after 5 minutes. Please contact us if you would like to enable this option.
• Authenticator app verification remains available as before.
• Updated the login process to support the new email verification option.

SOW

• It is now possible to edit folder names on the SOW screen. The option for this can be found under Manage Resource Folders and Manage My Folders under the Actions menu on the right. 

Hotfixes

ILR

• Fixed an issue causing the ILR Export report to error. 
• Fixed an issue where the Check Why someone is/is not on this ILR function could sometimes produce a false negative. 
• Bulk editing student qualifications will now correctly apply the Completion Status and Outcome to the ILR if Update ILR is enabled in Standard Values - Qualification Statuses.

Reporting

• Students Block Reporting - Destination Type now points to the correct source when printed.
• Block Reporting - Fixed an issue which prevented the report filter criteria from being updated from the report list. 
• Dashboard - Resolved an issue on the Qualification Achievement Rates widget chart.
• Students → Reports - Fixed an error when generating the Student List of Daily Information report.

Staff Appraisals tab

• Fixed an issue causing the Document Uploaded flag to show No when there was in fact a document uploaded to the appraisal.
• After uploading a document, the Document Uploaded flag will now consistently report Yes or No regardless of whether the Save button has been clicked in the modal.

Student Risk Assessment Quick

• Resolved an issue where enabling read receipts caused duplicate database queries.

Student Qualifications

• When bulk editing, a pointer cursor will now display when hovering over clickable items to better indicate interactivity.
