New Additions/Alterations

FE Workforce Collection

• Made minor changes to the following fields in line with the FE Workforce specification:
  • Industry Experience Duration
  • Current Position Duration
  • Further Education Duration

Students

• Added Days Absent to Report and Last Absence Reported to the Student Bulk Edit feature.
• Added the ability to add tags when submitting evidence via Therapy Log.
• Added the ability to add tags when submitting evidence via Quick Evidencing.
• Added a Bulk Upload feature for Student Qualifications within Administration > Standard Values > Student Values > Qualifications
• Added View Only permissions for Student Record Custom tabs.
• Added Action details to Review Meeting printouts.
• Added additional Student filters when applying Baseline Assessment templates.
• Added Convert to Annex - TG - 2026-27 option to the Annex 6 - TG area.

Staff

• Added a new 'Staff Overtime' report within Staff > Reports.

Dashboard

• Rota name added to the Staff Rota widget print filename and task alert.
• Added the ability to add attachment to the widget Admin - SMS / Email Announcements
• Added Department and Group filters to the Number of Achievements Widget.

Care Plan Detailed

• Events linked to Statements can now be viewed from the main Care Plan Detailed screen.

Hotfixes

Event Log

• In Category Setup, Show Textbox and Based On fields are now only displayed on applicable Field Types. 

Students

• Resolved a chart issue on the Attendance (Session) tab on the student record.
• Ensured the spinning 'printing' popup closes if an error occurs when printing the info sheet. 
• The Qualification Exam Access Arrangement details field is now limited to the maximum character count supported by the database.

Sessions

• Fixed an issue where sessions without an observation would incorrectly indicated that the session was being observed when setting up a new observation.

Care

• Adjusted a database character count limit on a care table for compatibility with related tables. 
• Fixed an issue where default notes were not pulling through to the Care Plan print.
• Fixed an issue where statement questions were not pulling through to the Care Plan print.

ILR

• Resolved a validation issue on the Learning Actual End Date field. 

FE Workforce Collection

• Made some minor field adjustments based on the FE Workforce Collection specification. 

Reporting

• Fixed a permission error on the Tutorials report.
• The Work Experience report will now check the student principal site.
