New Additions/Alterations

Student

• Filters added to the Risk Assessment Quick screen.
• Added a Bulk Update feature for NC Year Group, allowing multiple students to be moved to the next year at once. (School Sites Only)

Care

• Filters added to the Care Plan Quick screen.
• Added a date range selection to the Print Changes report in Care Plan Detailed.

Block Reporting

Added the following fields to the Target blocks within Block Reporting:

• Gatsby Benchmark
• Attitude to Learning 

Added the following fields from the Student Confidential Data to the Student block within Block Reporting:

• Child Protection
• Child Protection Start Date
• Child Protection End Date
• Post Looked After Child

School Census

• Updated the School Census program in line with Summer 2026 changes.
• Uploaded School Census 2026 files.

ILR

• Added a “--Not Applicable--” option to the Maths and English Condition of Funding fields. 
  • This allows the value to be unset, preventing the related student record values from overriding the ILR values and helping to maintain historical accuracy.

Hotfixes

Event Logs

• Fixed an issue where group based email notifications could fail to send for non-student events.

Students

• Fixed an issue on the Evidence Timeline screen where evidence could display incorrectly.
• Fixed an issue on the Student Qualifications screen that caused an error when adding qualifications. 

Staff

• Updated a note on the Holiday Entitlement Template screen.

Block Reporting

• Fixed an issue where the Student Work Experience block was not applying the Student system label.
• Updated FSM fields to allow students to be returned even when no FSM record exists.

Reporting

• Made a small performance improvement to the Session Attendance Reports - Attendance by Status (Excel).
• Ensured statuses with a statistical meaning of 'Not counted in possible attendance' are not included in the percentage calculation on the Day Attendance - Detailed Attendance (Direct Export).

Standard Values

• Removed an unused checkbox on Subjects.
