Side Note:

Over time, our internal messaging area became largely unused as most customers moved towards email and in‑app notifications, which offer faster and more reliable communication. As part of our recent performance improvements, the older messaging component has been over time gradually reduced and retired in functionality.

All relevant notifications and emails are still being sent as expected, so there should be no disruption to the information you receive.

It would be really helpful to understand how you were using the internal messaging area and whether there are specific scenarios where email or in‑app notifications don’t meet your needs. We can then take your feedback to our internal team for discussion around potential reinstatement or alternative solutions.
