New Additions/Alterations

Staff

• A new Staff Import feature is now available via Staff > List > File > Import Staff Records.

Event Logs

• A new system policy 'Disable category change to existing events logs' has been added to Administration > Policies > System Policies > Event Log Policies.

Reporting

• Added Post Looked after Child field to the Student Confidential Data report.
• A Session Leader column has been added to the Daily Session Attendance report.
• Updated FE Workforce Collection to default to the current year.
• Block Reporting:
  • Added Free School Meal fields from Student record > Edit Dropdown > Free school meal eligibility to the Student block
  • Added Confidential Statements from Student record > Edit dropdown > Confidential data to the Student block.
  • Target Subject Link has been added to the Student Targets (Core and Subject) blocks.
  • Added a new Student Work Experience block.
  • Added Passport Expiration date to the Staff block.
• Improved performance:
  • Session Attendance by Subject (Report) 
  • Session Attendance by Subject (Excel) 

Administration

• Added an option to delete building/room photos in Standard Values > Location Values > Buildings.
• A Site filter has been added to the Screen Audit.

Hotfixes

Dashboard

• Fixed an issue where widgets could fail to remain locked when Lock Widgets is enabled.

Sessions

• Fixed an issue where navigating between pages would not refresh correctly on the Session List screen.
• When bulk editing sessions and altering the start/end times, the clash check should now display correct results.
• Fixed an issue on Students - Incomplete Attendance which prevented a warning message from appearing when attempting to update attendancewhile the session is locked.

Staff

• Fixed a rare error occurring when saving staff records.
• Prevented staff from being assigned as their own line manager to prevent potential errors.

Students

• Fixed auditing issues related to subject targets. 
• Fixed an issue where deleting achievements could result in incorrect objective achievement counts.
• Fixed an issue where students could appear in the wrong year when using the SAYG filter on the Find Student screen.

Care/Support Plan

• The Care Plan button in Care Plan Detailed now correctly reflects the Care or Support label.

Event Log

• Fixed a filtering issue when using the Category filter on the Audit screen. 
• Added validation for:
  • Document titles - to prevent errors when adding documents.
  • Duration (Mins) - to prevent errors when exceeding the maximum value.
• Fixed an issue where the Event List could display incorrectly when redirected from the Add Event screen.
• Applied various small improvements and optimisations.

Reporting

• Fixed an issue affecting the Staff Holiday Entitlements report.
