New Additions/Alterations

• Session Plan
  • Added Subject Level to the Session Plan screen. It now appears under the student's name, determined by the session's subject and the Subject Level set in their student record under the Internal tab.

• Reporting
  • Reports Menu -> General Address Documents Due to Expire Report
    • Added a fourth Range option 'Any'. 
    • Added a toggle to include expired documents.

• ILR
  • Added a new BETA Policy, ‘BETA: Remove Empty XML Nodes where no value is entered’ into the ILR Policies section.
    
    This is a new feature that when ‘on’ will give staff the option of removing XML nodes from the ILR printouts when choosing to Generate the ILR file. This allows you to run your ILR file through the FIS tool, bypassing mandatory fields and allowing FIS error reports to display all warnings and errors regardless of missing values. A warning will be presented upon its enabling and when printing from the ILR Manager screens.
    
    When enabled this works for the following values:
    ULN, Firstname, Surname, D.O.B, LLDD, Postcode, Postcode Prior

Hotfixes

• Standard Values
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the Learning Styles Management list from being manually re-ordered. 

• Sessions
  • Fixed an issue where absent notifications could be sent for deleted sessions.
  • Updated messaging on SOW screen when transferring text from plans to linked sessions to for better clarity.

• Staff Single Central Record
  • Fixed an issue where the Child Barred column header span was not correctly updating based on the amount of Child Barred columns selected.    
  • Moved the Qualifications and Qualifications Legal Requirement fields to the top of the Change Columns list as they're technically a part of the first column.

• Targets
  • Fixed an issue that prevented setting "No Link to MTG" on the targets screen when adding new targets and bulk setting dates/medium term goals.
  • Improved messaging on a couple confirmation popups on the student Target screen:

    • The "Check Target Achievement" will no longer appear as a 'Delete Confirmation' since it doesn't delete anything.

    • The "Achieving this Objective will also achieve the Target" popup will now display the target name instead of just showing "- ''".

• Baseline Assessments

  • Fixed an issue where the Site filter would not correctly filter the list of Students/Assessment.

• Funding
  • Funding Templates now have a limit of 2 decimal places.

• Reporting

  • The student ILP Print will now display the EHCP Category alongside EHCPs for better clarity.

  • When loading saved Event Log Text Reports, any shared reports will now include the name of the person who shared the report.

  • Block Reports will now output Male or Female for the Sex field rather than True or False on Staff and Student blocks.

  • Fixed an issue where the General Address Documents Due to Expire report was not producing correct results.

  • Fixed an issue where Care Template prints failed to include subcategories within subcategories when outputting statements and questions.

  • List of Current Qualifications (ILR) and List of Qualifications (ILR) Reports in the Student Common Reports area should now output the following values correctly: SOF, FFI, EEF, RES, LSF, LSF Date From, LSF Date To, ADL, ALB, ALB Date From, ALB Date To, ASL, FLN, LDM.
    Also added the following fields: DAM, ACT, ACT Date From, ACT Date To, ACL, AFL.
  • Fixed an issue where Print Policies on the Staff Policies screen could error when attempting to run.

  • Added a few existing bookmarks to the table on the Care Plan Template screen for better visibility:

    • Student Full Name

    • Personal Dropdown 1

    • Personal Dropdown 2

  • Ensured the following reports/screens use system labels for consistency:

    • Target Summary

    • Targets Met Summary

    • Target Score Summary

    • Student Achievement Tab

• Day Attendance
  • Fixed an issue where Day Attendance could potentially show the wrong timetabled time for a student due to a deleted session.

• Staff Absence
  • Fixed an issue where the individual Absence Day details boxes information could be overwritten by the Absence Header details box information.
  • Fixed an issue where the individual Absence Day details box information could sometimes not be retained when adding a new Absence Header.
