New Additions

• Added the ability to update Student Initial Assessments Batch Ids. This can now be done on an individual or as a bulk edit via the IA Manager (File -> Bulk Edit Batch).  

• Added the ability to archive Staff Absence Documents. This will allow users to remove old and unwanted 'Expired Fit Notes' on the Expired Fit Notes Widget. Flagging a document with archive will only affect Expired Fit Notes widget.

Hotfixes

• Fixed an issue that caused an error when running the Excel Group Permissions report on the Permissions screen under Options. 

• Adjusted Risk Assessment simple Print report to display the site name along side the school/college name.  

• Fixed Summary Attendance Report issues with data discrepancy.  

• ILR dashboard current year updated to 2024/2025.

• You can now view Tasks you have created for a security group, even if you are not a part of that security group. 

• You can now quickly Select All or Clear All targets using the button next to "Select?" when transferring targets to live in the Baseline Manager. 

• Clickable elements on the Tasks/Projects screen will now show a pointer mouse cursor when hovered over to clearly indicate interactivity.    

• Fixed an issue where Event Log Category Settings could be null after creating a new Event Log Category, resulting in unexpected behaviour. 

• Fixed an issue where various Data Dropdowns could not be output to an event log template print.  

• Improved label handling for a couple LTG/MTG buttons on the Standard Values screen.

• Fixed issue that prevented bulk setting values on Learning Aim Fields when using the Overwrite Existing - Selected action on ILR (Grid).

•  Fixes and improvements to Staff Single Central Record (SCR) screen:
  
  - Fixed an issue that prevented an error message from appearing when there was a problem saving the SCR.
  - Fixed Visa Required checkbox and Visa Type and Number not saving on SCR.
  - Fixed issue where Section 128 Prohibition Check was not editable.

• Fields with a character limit set should now have a matching front end character limit on SCR to prevent ambiguous errors when saving if a field exceeds the limit.
