New Additions/Alterations


FE Workforce Collection

  • Added National Insurance Number field as per requirements. 


Student SAYG Filter

  • Added 'Reception' as an option to the School Academic Year Group filter. 


Parent Logons

  • The option to enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication on parent logons has been separated from Bulk Reset Passwords and added to a new Bulk Manage MFA button. 

Hotfixes


Staff Record Audit

  • Fixed an issue with the National Insurance Number on the staff audit log. 


Staff Policies

  • The '&' character can no longer be entered in the policy name/title to prevent a potential error.


Staff Pay/Salary Dashboard

  • Removed stray text that was appearing in the corner of this page.


Student Review Meetings

  • Fixed an issue with the site selection on the review meeting list screen. 


Student Bulk Edit

  • Fixed an issue where the department list would not populate correctly. 


Session Manager

  • Fixed an issue where the Audit Log would not work for a single date. 
  • Fixed an issue where the Batch update Session Attendance for Students Edit option could error. 


Parent Logons

  • Fixed a potential error when running the Parent Portal Usage report.
  • Ensured Parent Portal Usage report works correctly when a date range of a single date is used.
