New Additions/Alterations

Updated Learner Portal Timetable

• Learner Portal 'Subject Symbol' Timetable style now works as expected when set within a learners Internal tab.
  • This also applies to the newest Timetable Policy 'Show symbols in location based timetable view', which will display symbols in the Learner Portal when using the 'Location based' style.
• Altered the way the My Holidays table gets values within a staffs Request Holiday area.
  • Absences will now also appear in the table based on either the 'Calc on HE' or 'Show on HE' flags being set to true on the Absence status of the date. 

ILR

• The Maths Minimum Hours (MMH) and English Minimum Hours (EMH) fields can be found on the Learner Data tab.

Hotfixes

Staff Holiday

• Resolved an issue where Hours Pending could display more than 2 decimal places.
• Resolved an issue where the Break In Hours field could be shown unintentionally when Use Shift Patterns is 'Yes' when requesting holiday.

Staff Absences

• Fixed an issue where deleted Holiday Sets were appearing on the Absence Listing screen.

Staff Overtime

• The My Overtime screen will now default to the current year. 

Student Record

• Custom Tab 3 labels will now be displayed correctly when users only have permissions for Custom Tab 3.
• On the External Tab, when viewing Disability Education Advisor information, the Other Information field is now expandable for better readability.

Student Applications

• The counts for July Leavers and Current Students are clickable, and will now show a pointer cursor to better indicate interactivity. 

Student Documents

• When adding student documents, the academic year dropdown will include two additional future academic years. 

Care/Support Plan

• Small optimisation to 'Print to Template', this should now complete printing much quicker. 

Session Manager

• When creating Tutorials via Session Manager, a message will now be shown if no student has been selected.

Standard Block Reporting

• Fixed an issue where Programme Title and Programme Sub Title dataset filters were not showing any criteria to select from.

Template Block Reporting

• Changed wording 'Print to Word' to 'Print to Template (Word)' for better clarity.
