New Additions

• Added a Firstname, Surname Print option to the Report found in the Student List.
  • Found via Student > Find Student > File (in the top left) > Print Photos.

• When completing a Review Meeting Action (set via Students -> Review Meetings Screen -> Add Actions) You can now add a 'Completed Detail' to the Action both via the screen itself and the Review Meeting Actions Widget. 

• Added a new notification trigger to Stu. Notifications (Admin panel) for Adding Incidental Learning.

• Created a new Student policy called 'Turn off automatic notifications for Incidental Learning (Not Including Stu. Notifications)'.

  
  

  When creating an Incidental Learning record previously an email is sent out to key workers or tutors set via staff links, this policy prevents that when set to true.

• A Field from the Personal tab "EAL Student – (English as an Additional Language)" has been added to Block reporting (Student and Contacts Blocks).

• Added an 'Options' tablet style button into the Incidental Learning area. This will allow the ability to quickly switch between students without having to leave the screen. 

  
  

• Student List of Qualifications (both XL and PDF) now show an 'excluded from ILR' column, which will reflect the value set in the qualification itself.  

  
  

• When adding an absence via the Absence Manager, the Notify Rota Manager and Notify Other Staff toggles will be false (off) by default. 

• Added all the headings from the table in Student Ratios (Student -> view -> Ratios) into System Labels, which is in a new section within the System Labels Area. These new headings will also reflect throughout the page itself. 
  • UX Adjustment: Added in a loading modal where there previously was none, which describes what is loading to show the user progress is being made and the screen hasn't frozen as there was no indication before. 

    
    

• New chart option added to Event Log reporting labelled 'Duration Breakdown'. This chart displays the total number of minutes recorded against duration breakdown categories. 

• Added the Ability to add comments to student Checklist Items.

•  Added the ability to Toggle a Strike-Through, on EHCP Outcomes.

•  Staff Record -> Policies tab now includes policies staff have not read.  

Hotfixes

• Changes to the assigned category on a consent in Standard Values will now automatically update the corresponding category on the Students consent item. This ensures that the Topic remains consistent and prevents any unintended resets.

• Added a Tooltip to the EHCP Field within both Grid and List ILR forms with further clarification on how this field works to avoid confusion.  

• Fixed Last Week filter on Student Attendance (Session) tab not correctly running from last Monday to last Sunday.

• Event log will now use the Student system label on the 'Student' Status field and multiple places in Category Setup for consistency.

• Adjusted the Attendance Widget - Present Today permissions.  User must have at least one of the following permissions: 
  • Student - View Student
  • Student - Edit Student
  • Student - Timetables
  • Student - Day Attendance Read Only
  • Student - Day Attendance Editable

• Fixed Students Present Today widget to show only current students.

• Fixed an issue when trying to run Student Target (Subject/Core) block in block reporting. Causing the report to fail if you tried to run a report with both Observations and Achievements.  

• Equipment List dropdown has been corrected to show the correct values as well as load items based on the Category set.

• Changed the permissions required to operate the checkbox on the End of Term Report / EOTRv2 modal to (see below) from Student Personal Tab - Edit, Have also added this detail into the tooltip of the checkbox to help staff and support identify what's required quickly.

• Changed wording of 'Category' to 'Folder' in a few places on SOW for consistency with the rest of this area.

• Added a new button to the Permission Description list under Options in Security -> Permissions, allowing users to "Check who has this permission."

• UX Improvements made to Incomplete Attendance (All) on My Links Widget:
  • Link will be displayed as long as user has the relevant permission.
  • A "Loading..." message will be shown during count retrieval.
  • "Loading..." will be replaced with actual count upon completion.
  • Implemented error message for count retrieval failures. The link will remain accessible.
  • Increased timeout settings for count retrieval to reduce failures.
