Care Plans - Linked areas

Hello, 

When we spoke about care plans last (a little while ago!) we talked about being able to link in other areas to the care plan screen (a bit like the Documents, Risks and Events buttons).

I was wondering whether as colleges we could chose which things were linked (e.g. we would probably want the VI profiles) but I understand that not all colleges would - is there any way colleges could chose to add their own buttons there to different areas within Databridge please?
