Rota Notes/audit/Shift Swap option

It would be really helpful if we could add a Shift Swap option to the options when you are adding staff to a shift and to also have a notes area to add comments of why this has occurred. 

It would also be helpful if there was an audit log for rotas to track any changes being made.
